For what purpose do we process your data

At MRS, we will process your data in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force on the protection of personal data, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD) and Laws n.º 58/2019 and n. 59/2019, manually and/or automated for the following purposes:

To which recipients can we transfer the data

MRS does not, under any circumstances, sell data from Customers, Suppliers, Partners and other external entities to third parties. Data may be made available to subcontracted companies that provide services to MRS. All of them have regularized access to this data with us for the purpose exclusively described here.

We can also transfer the data to Administrations and Public Bodies, when required by tax regulations, of Incentive Entities or any other applicable.

Your data will be communicated in cases where it is necessary for the fulfillment of the contractual relationship established and in the cases provided for by law.

How MRS protects personal data

MRS declares that it has adopted all the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data it processes, as well as to prevent its loss, alteration and/or access by unauthorized third parties.
